Applicant tracking system (ATS) filters match keywords, which is not the same as matching the job
A keyword filter ranks a CV by how closely its wording copies your advert. It passes over the capable candidate who describes the same experience in other words, and it rewards the one who pasted your advert into their CV. AICVPro reads each CV for evidence of your requirements, whatever words the candidate used, and tells you which requirements it found no evidence for.

Pricing
- One free sample CV per account. Only a few free samples a day can be used on one internet connection.
- You pay once per upload, through Paystack. There is no subscription and no balance to top up.
- You never pay more than the next bundle would cost: 9 CVs cost the same KSh 400 as 10, and 25 cost the same KSh 900 as 30.
For example: 12 CVs cost KSh 480 (12 × KSh 40). If your free sample is still unused, one of them is free and you pay KSh 440.
How candidates' CVs are handled
- CVs are read in your browser. Only their text is sent for analysis, and it is not stored.
- Results are kept in your account for 30 days, then deleted.
- Scores are based on what a CV states about experience, skills and qualifications. The analysis is instructed to disregard name, gender, age, ethnicity, religion and marital status.
- A CV that contains text aimed at automated screening is flagged for you to review.
- The result is a screening aid. The hiring decision stays with you.
