Why keyword-based applicant tracking systems (ATS) fall short
Traditional ATS rank CVs by how closely their wording matches the job advert. That says little about whether someone can do the job.

Common questions
Is the CV analyzer free?
Yes. Job seekers can upload a CV, enter a job title and description, and get a match score with strengths, gaps and recommendations at no cost and without creating an account. Free use is limited to a few analyses per hour.
Can AICVPro generate a CV and cover letter for me?
Yes. Type in your details or upload your current CV to fill them in, add the job you are applying for, and AICVPro writes a CV and cover letter tailored to that job using only what you provided. You can preview it and edit your details before paying; unlocking the full CV and cover letter and downloading both as PDFs costs KSh 99 per CV.
How is this different from an ATS checker?
Traditional applicant tracking systems rank CVs by how closely their wording matches the job advert. AICVPro compares the evidence in the CV with the requirements of the job, whatever words are used, and explains each rating. The score is guidance: it does not predict a particular employer's system or a hiring decision.
Can hiring managers use AICVPro to screen CVs?
Yes. Enter the job title, description and requirements, upload one CV or up to 200, and get a ranked list with each candidate's match percentage, the reasoning, and the requirements they show no evidence for. Results can be exported as a CSV file.
Is my CV stored?
The file never leaves your device: it is read in your browser and only its text is sent for analysis. If you sign in and choose to save, your CV details are kept in your account. Candidate CVs uploaded for screening are not stored; only the results are kept, for 30 days.
